Require proof and never give someone money electronically before reuniting with your pet (always in a safe and public setting). If you offer a reward to a finder, that should be your decision - it should NOT be coerced or extorted. Check that person’s profile to see if it looks like it’s legitimate. Don't fall for the instagram scammers. <3
