Message from Finder
Found dog roaming the neighborhood close to Goodwill. Possibly with another puppy. There was a car mishap other pup did not make it. Pup was taken to the vet found severally dehydrated and under weight. No microchip found. Is shy but wants to he friendly. Shots and were administered at the vet. We tried to groom him the best we could.
