Place something outside with your scent on it also place something outside like their cat bed outside. Check with your neighbors, check garages, sheds, under decks, cameras. Check with your local animal shelters. Don't place their cat box outside can attract strays or other animals. Might scare your cat away.

Reported to police or animal control, especially if you think picked up? Check with neighbors to see if he was seen on a camera!! Fliers everywhere this is allowed - stores, vet clinics, minimarts, etc. Even schools and libraries - kids often see things adults dont!!! Join your local and surrounding county exchanges for buy sell and trade, as they have many people on them that would continue to share!! Check at shelters IN PERSON every few days - calls are NOT enough!! Don't limit your search area, because pets can travel quite afar!! And, most importantly DO NOT GIVE UP!!

Jan Hanson been almost a year now, & he was 35 miles from what he ever knew. 😭 He was taken too get spayed and escaped the carrier in Decorah, Iowa. I am only hoping someone found him & took him in as a pet?
