Thank you for trying to help this dog. I guess the information on the collar does not lead back to the owner? You might make a flyer and put it in a plastic sleeve or clear bag and attach it to your mailbox or a stake in your yard. Neighbors and delivery people may see it and know where the dog lives. Praying.
