Jen Shipek markings are quite different and has both sets of whiskers which are black.

Jennifer weir If you are confident this is not my cat, you would have no problem sending a few clear photos of her face or markings to prove it. Because you are refusing to send a photo and refusing to let me see her, you are unlawfully withholding what I believe to be my property. I am handing your information over to Port Angeles Police and Animal Control to handle this as a theft investigation.

Jennifer Weir her owner wants to see the cat to be sure can she talk to you? She's deaf actually and it's hard to communicate with her on a phone call except texting worksor messenger. . But she wants to see the cat if possible.
