This dog is all over Facebook. People know who he belongs to also. Apparently his owner doesn't care for him at ALL. someone should attempt to trap him. Do not chase him, gain his trust, set up a feeding spot out of danger of noises, traffic, etc. Poor guy doesn't need to be returned to his so called people🐾😢🐾
