If you are catch the dog and if you are unable to house the pet for a short while until the Owner is located, call one of these Animal Protection Services: You will be transferred if the call belongs to another area: 1. Clark County 702-455-7710 2. City of Las Vegas 702-229-6444 then #2 (They often are unable to answer their phone. Ask the dispatcher to take your message and forward it to them.) 3. North Las Vegas (702) 633-9111 NOTIFY The Animal Foundation that you have the pet in case the Owner contacts them. Located: 655 N Mojave Road, Las Vegas Animal Foundation hours are 11AM-7PM Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. Call: (702) 760-7387 for help! OR: (702) 955-5932 ext. 932 - Or by Email: lostandfound@animalfoundation.com The Animal Foundation is the central clearing house for lost and found pets. The Animal Foundation is the facility to which the Owner first will be directed to search for their pet. The Pet Owner has 72 hours to collect their pet at The Animal Foundation before the pet will be placed for adoption. Please also, post on Pawboost.com. FREE. Just close out when you come to the “Pay page”. Your post will still go up. Very important: Pawboost offers that you can print Flyers to post around your area. Check your posts often to see that they have not been removed. You also can handprint "lost" flyers around your area. Check often to see that the flyers have not been removed. Please ask for proof. I.e., photos, vet bills, when someone claims the pet. Please do not hand the dog over without that proof.
