Whomever had him wasn’t taking proper care of him and doesn’t deserve him back. No one should leave a little baby that age alone in the yard or unsupervised so they can wonder off. Need to have a way to prove proof of ownership. You’ve described EVERYTHING about HIM. Need to have a way for the responding person to describe something in detail or someone could lie and claim him as theirs.

some more information that i left out!!!! he has no chip, no collar, he does know sit but i think its because he’s a little lazy most of the time, he’s about 2-4 months old, he came to my door and stayed there until my little brother noticed. he HAD many fleas on his behind , paws, and ears (gave him a bath ofc!)
