Our dog was last seen 10/30/2025, around 6:20AM. Eastside, 38th and T St. Loud and always barking, but we all love hearing penny. Loving when she wants to be, lol. All we ask is that she is returned safely. Please and thank you

Is there a chip, or a collar with a license on it that has a phone number or address? Those two things are the number one things you do when you get a dog even if it isn't an outdoor dog because they do get outdoors by themselves. And not everybody goes through Facebook looking at all the dogs so do a lot more advertising
