Make potential owners provide proof of ownership otherwise people will take dogs to use as bait in dog fighting regardless of their size. Proof can be or color of collar or markings or pictures. Take to any vet or pets mart or ER vet or pacc to check for a chip. Thanks so much for taking him in.
