I saw a posting on Nextdoor, I believe yesterday morning, of a photo someone had taken of a cockatiel in a tree asking if anyone lost their bird, but I have searched for the post and I’m unable to find it. I’m sorry I don’t have more info, but maybe someone can find the post. Hope those helps. 🙏
