Older green and orange cockatiel

A cockatiel flew into our neighborhood and we were able to catch him. No one in the neighborhood seems to know who this handsome bird belongs to, unfortunately. We are unsure of his health status, but he's not flying well. He is eating and drinking water. We are making him as comfortable as possible as we figure out what to do. Thank you!
