Message from Owner

Lala was attacked by two dogs at Frank Ortiz dog park Saturday morning around 10:30 a.m. . We don't know if she got injured but that's likely. She got very scared and ran off and has been missing ever since. She is a rescue and already has had lots of trauma and is fearful of people. PLEASE approach slowly or try to contain her without scaring her off... Thank you🐾❣️

They are seeking someone with a thermal drone to help. They have donations to pay. Still searching up by Ortiz dog park.

Susan Dorn maybe not but people need to be aware of where they are and what is out there maybe there would be less of these posts?

Lisa Chapman not helpful. I'm sure she has already thought of that at least 1000 times.

Lisa Chapman if you don't have anything helpful or kind to say learn how to be an adult and refrain from commenting at all. I have a pack of four dogs including an 80 pound dog who loves LaLa just like our other two dogs do and all four absolutely love coming to this dog park. I've been bringing her here for two years, the first six months on leash but she stays right at my heels all of the time. I was mere feet from my car when two pitbull's jumped out of a truck and immediately attacked both of my female dogs and tried to them. My non-traumatized poodle mix had the war with all to dive under a low car, saving her life whereas LaLa got mauled by them. I did nothing wrong and that man stood there fiddling with his leashes while his dogs tried to my small dogs. I've never had an issue at this park in four years. Because LaLa stays right at my heels all the time, I let her be off leash with two of the other dogs here. If you don't have something kind or helpful to say have the basic decency to not say anything at all. Why in the world did you think this was remotely acceptable to do? I was here for 15 hours yesterday with a brain injury and serious medical condition, more than eight of those hours hiking, hiking at 12:30 in the morning here, came back at 5:30 in the morning and I'm still here now at almost 4 o'clock. I've covered maybe 15 miles and I've had a couple dozen people out here and I've done everything in my power and this man with these dogs is known for this and his dogs have very likely ed another dog and he always attacks and be the other owner whose dogs are being attacked by his. He even gunned his truck at me in the parking lot to try to prevent me from getting his license plate. He's a monster and he has a long criminal record. How dare you. I can't stop crying and I'm looking for my dog about to pass out in 80° heat at 7000 feet with a brain injury and all you can do is be a total jerk on the post looking for her. Shame on you to .
