Large dog dark in color from shoulders up, light color shoulders back. Very skinny and skittish.

This dog has been coming around for 5 days now. Very very skittish. I can only get pictures over my security cameras. As soon as the slightest noise is made it takes off. I did give it some food after realizing how skinny it is. I am not allowed to have dogs so I really need someone to come pick him/her up.
