Thank you so much for trying to help this baby. Here’s a rescue that may be able to help you reach out to them. There’s a place called Annie’s Angel, Texas rescue. Reach out to them if she says they can’t take them. Ask her if they know of someone that can

Anyone that gets a dog, cat, bird. Horse or any animal that doesn't take care of them needs to never be able to own an animal.

Be careful who you let have him, could be used as a bait dog!!! At least get this baby some water and food

Can you contact one of those rescues or at least have him checked for a chip? Please provide water. Maybe someone near there can feed him😭😭😭
