Missing our 9 year old cat from Australia. He has been reunited with us in Houston and has gone missing since July 6. He is affectionate and inquisitive. Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for him to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere he can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call his name or use whatever sound gets him to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for his safe return home 🙏

post on next door, check the lost & found ads on craigslist & ask all the kids, look every day for the cat in the late nite or early morning & look every day for the cat at the animal shelter by you

Take heart. My cat went missing for two days. He came back on his own. The stray cat that he chased came to me meowing. I meowed back. Then I heard a different meow. I kept meowing and followed the answering meows until I found my cat. He didn't answer to "kitty, kitty, kitty," but to meow. He now sports a tracking device on his collar. Good luck.
