I saw this young GSD and managed to sit with it for an hour until animal control showed up. It seemed sweet, well groomed, and not hungry or emaciated. But it was too nervous to let me get closer than a couple feet, and I couldn’t coax it into my car. Hopefully Henrico animal control was successful in apprehending and I hope it finds its way ♥️
