My fiancé and I found this poor baby around 6:30 a.m. while driving through the intersection of E Main St & Cottage Grove in Urbana, IL. Placed a call to animal control but was informed they do not open until 8 a.m. He is male, and is safe with us right now in our vehicle and seems very tired. He is wearing an orange harness, and is super sweet and friendly. We are unable to locate a collar or any name tag on him anywhere. We have given him only water so far as I am unsure if the pup is allergic to anything. Please Help us get this baby back home!!!
