Someone’s probably keeping the cat because if you let a cat like that or any cat outdoors obviously it’s not that important outdoors is not a friendly place why would you let a cat that you love outdoors just saying

If owner would check her multiple posts and read the comments -it would be beneficial to her. So frustrating. I have found multiple cats that look like hers and forward but get no response.
