Sweet pup on Sitton Hill road wearing black harness. He has been there all afternoon! A group of us tried to pick him up, but he is very scared. Did give him food and water. Recently checked and he is in the same area.

I seen in lost and found in Powdersville. Someone was able to catch him today and are looking for someone to keep him until owner found. The person they catch him isn’t able to keep him.
