BORDER COLLIE- RUNNING AROUND AREA OF EDENBROOK AND HERMITAGE. It has a collar on and is VERY dirty. I turned around and tried to have it come to me but it was scared and it's my first day back at work after 10 days off so I couldn't be even more late. I already called Henrico non emergency ano they said they'd send an officer out to look. Can anybody else possibly go look for this baby? It's a very windy turn and if it makes it onto hermitage it scares me.
