My dad spotted this stray dog around 10:30pm on June 18th, but couldn't take him due to having 2 other dogs in the car. Animal control doesn’t open until the morning, and we don’t live around here. I saw on this Facebook page that this dog was spotted a week ago in the same spot. Can someone local to Lumberton please help this dog?
