I hope the owner is found and prosecuted. If anyone knows the owner please call PawBoost or who may have seen anyone involved. This is unacceptable for any animal little lone a pet. I hope the dog gets a new lovable home, and THE SOB who did this is crated and left on the side of a road, sorry I hate abusers
