Thank you for helping him. He looks fed and cared for and hopefully has a family. Can you get him scanned for a chip, free at any vet or possibly with police officer? Alert police. Please post him on the Nextdoor app. and your county shelter app. Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Center by law within 24 hours. Insist on proof of ownership. There’s dog fighters all over this area that try to claim found dogs and use them as bait for dog fighting rings until they die from their infected wounds.
