Joey Winters the shelter needs a foster for her so please contact them she has been taken to animal control as she has some severe medical issues going on so their vet team has her in their care plus if it’s an elderly person then the first place most people check or call is the shelters so it was better for her to go there. If she is anyone’s dog please contact burke county animal services
