I think this is a green cheeked Conure

This bird has been on my balcony for 2 1/2 hrs as of 4:22pm on Sunday, August 2nd. I bought some conure food and have water for it. It has been drinking and nibbled just a bit on the food. I have a smallish cage for it, but I wont put it in there unless I can get it to climb on my finger.

Parrot rescuer here - sometimes it works to set out a cage with food and water inside (leave door open). Some birds will go into the cage easily. If caught, please get bird to a rescue or animal control; do NOT give to a random person online who offers. There are a few of these guys missing right now and it's important to match them up correctly to get them back home.
