Martingal collars should always be used on newly adopted dogs. Shelters or rescues should always stress that. So many get out of regular collars or harnesses when they are newly adopted. I sure hope he is found safe!

Shared. Newly adopted speak are are hard to find. They are LOST !!!!! Put up big neon posters everywhere including your car. Drive around often and speak with everyone including postman etc. Any exterior cameras including neighbors ? Get out n look while there's light
