White cat with a couple brown and black spots and he has no tail. Blue eyes.
Message from Finder
I’m putting him up for the area to see before I called the Humane Society. He/she is hissing and won’t allow us to pick him up so I think he might be a stray or has been a stray for a while now but still looks very young.
