When you find a cat
Alert animal control officer.
Contact nearest no-kill shelters and rescues.
Check for microchip at veterinarian or shelter
It’s not safe outside! Coyotes, foxes, eagles, owls, stray dogs, cars and mean people are only some of th hazards.
And now it’s COLD! Please bring inside until owner found or rescue can take in. If you or your friends/relatives/neighbors don't have an extra bathroom, laundry room or heated garage see https://kittykaper.weebly.com/outdoor-shelters. Cats cant survive the winter cold without shelter.
