Female dog roaming 4300 block of O'meara. This sweetie looks like she's recently had pups. She's been hanging out in my and my neighbor's front porches. She did drink and eat a bit that was left our for her, but she won't let us get close. She just moves on down the street along the front of hses if you get too close.
