Neal Berndt It's called "cats have legs and are faster than most normal humans" and "doors in and out of the house help people get in and out of their house". Also? The systems at the Humaine Society being updated is NOT common knowledge. As in, I need to go get my own cats re-registered because I didn't know. It's not something that people would or SHOULD think about because it's not a common occurrence. Unlike know-it-alls like you coming in here and acting mightier-than-thou about people LOSING A FAMILY MEMBER. Be a human, not a monster, thanks.

Elaine Winter like they said if you knew how to read, they did have him registered, the Humane Society updated their systems, something they likely found out when they went to go try and find their cat via microchip.
