Yorkie dark hair skinny and looked young

Please be on the look out for a tiny little Yorkie, I found him just outside of CVS. When I tried to get near him the Yorkie bolted, he or she looked very afraid and I didn’t notice a collar either. The Yorkie almost ran into oncoming traffic yesterday, thankfully the cars noticed him and stopped. I tried to catch him but he was too fast and then a torrential thunderstorm started. Please be on the lookout for this sweet little guy or girl
