o! I spotted this guy wandering around near 43rd and 12th in South Minneapolis around 2:30pm He is very friendly! I knocked on a few of the surrounding s, with no luck. He is safely with me. If I don’t receive any information by tomorrow, I’ll take him in to see if he has a chip. He has his name (Spencer) written on the top of his harness. No tags, unfortunately.
