Thank you for helping this beautiful little soul! Check for microchip at vet clinics or humane society. Please put in a safe spare room to keep away from all the dangers outside, such as coyotes, owls, eagles, raccoons, dogs, poisons, disease, traps, cars, and bad humans! Please don't give to just anyone because there are cruel people out there that get pets for horrible reasons like dogfighting bait and other sickening things! Make sure that anyone who tries to claim the dog has absolute proof of ownership such as photos and veterinarian records or receipts, and can identify specific markings, personality, voice, etc!

Please make anyone claiming to be owner show proof, like several pics on phone, vet records. SO often pits are found and used for fighting😭 A community officer can come by and scan for chip. Please post to petfbi.org (Lostdogsmn) and PawBoost There are some pit rescues that can probably help. Thanks for caring about pup!
