Titus is Missing in Sterling Heights, MI

Message from Owner

My pug Titus is missing..... again. I live on a main road. The last time he was taken, a woman pulled into the neighbors driveway and coaxed him over. This time, a driver stopped on Hayes and got him. He was outside for no more than 45 to 75 seconds. When I couldn't see him, I called for him. When he didn't respond, I grabbed his shock collar remote. (It's what I use to train him to keep him away from the road). Which works. But, I have a hedge row at the south of the yard, where he wanders sometimes. Which is where I pretty sure he was. When I went outside to find him, traffic was resuming. Like it had been stopped. Only the outside southbound lane. As if a car had stopped near my hse. I immediately went to check Hayes. Wasn't in the street. Not wandering down the eat. Just vanished. I believe a do-gooder saw him in the eat of my yard. Stopped. And picked him up. A neighbor across the street has a ring doorbell, which I hope has an image of the make and modal. I will update as soon as I hear back from them. Please help me recover my buddy Titus.
