Small cattle dog
Message from Finder
I was driving from Elysian park/chinatown when I came across a dog running around alone. He looked like a small cattle dog like the attached picture. I had my two dogs in the car and there was a lot of cars so it was hard to stop but I did try calling the dog and he was just running. He looked stressed and scared.
