Around 10am today (Friday June 12), in the parking lot of U2 cafe in Alhambra, this puppy jumped onto my friend’s car as they were loading things into their vehicle. My friend is not able to bring puppy to a vet to scan for chips. Puppy has no collar and it’s currently at a residence in Alhambra.
