I found this elderly gentleman on Broadway between Ironwood and Idaho in Apache Junction. Looking for the owner. Edit - I took him to a vet he has a microchip with no information. He is very, very, old, but clearly cared for. He isn’t great at walking or holding his head up. I have posted on every platform I know. I drove through neighborhoods in the area and no one knew him and no flyers. I tried calling grooming salons and was told they just see too many dogs to be helpful.
