Found/Stray Dog in Bulverde, TX 78163

Very young, thin/sporty, grey, short hair mix, with white on his chest. Possibly lab or pit breed. Orange collar, trimmed nails, playful, smart, happy boy.

***DOG FOUND*** We found this happy boy wandering around on our property Tuesday afternoon. We brought him inside out of the heat and gave him food and water, and he's just been staying with us, playing with our kids and other dogs. We've been trying to keep him as safe and comfortable as we can. He has an orange collar on but no tags. We took him to a local vet but unfortunately, he's not chipped. We've been posting him on multiple sites for lost/found pets, we're calling local shelters to provide his and our information and we plan on going door to door down our neighborhood to see if we can find his family that way. We didn't want to let him go; out of fear he might run out into the road or wander farther from his home but if anyone knows who he belongs to or if he's your puppy, please contact my husband Josh at. We live on Old Boerne Rd. He's a very good boy and he's definitely grown on us, but we know his family is worried sick and they miss their baby. Thank you.
