Check storm drains and see if neighbors have cats that they let out that may have marked/are guarding territory he needs to cross to get home.

I’m sure you’re already searching like it’s a full-time job …. As you all are out searching, it’s important to TALK to your neighbors, showing lil Teddy's perfect photo, leaving your contact info. People will help keep eyes out when they know how much he means to you. Cats can become trapped in sheds or crawlspaces and need human help to get out. Pam Gustaveson You can find him. Tell all your neighbors and ask them to look out for him. He could also be locked in someone's outbuilding or garage. It's very important to have people look for him.

Be sure to look up in tall trees all around your area. He may have been chased up and can't get down. Tree maintenance companies are who to call of you see him. They are able to climb up and get him. Hoping he is found soon. ♥️
