She is adorable. Check garages, sheds, under decks, under cars and trucks and dumpsters, behind any buildings. Have neighbors check their properties. Put familiar scent items outside even with the snow. Put some treats outside and make a food scent trail. Notify animal control. Put up colorful flyers. Leave on outside lights and keep a gate open ( if you have a fenced yard) if you can do it safely. Hope you find Julia safe soon. Poor baby. 🙏🙏
