Male, full grown Yorkie found in Reading on the evening of July 28, 2026. Neighbor said they saw it walking around the neighborhood earlier in the morning. The dog is chipped but not registered according to Reading Police and there is no collar. Dog is very friendly towards everyone and it's obvious it knows some commands. Please note: This post is on behalf of my mom who found the dogs. The dog is NOT with me but is currently secured in my mom's hse. She cannot keep it but will tonight while the shelter is closed
