Elsie Soto the lady with animal control and myself looked at his teeth and with that as well as his body composition, nails, and demeanor we both agreed that we thought he was a middle age chihuahua mix. I don't think I will be receiving updates but was planning on contacting them soon about his status. I haven't seen anything about him on their page yet.
