An instacart delivery driver found these two dogs roaming around and asked if I knew who they belonged to. They jumped in her car and followed her over to the fenced in dog park area in the apmt complex. I just went over and checked on them and gave them a bowl of water. They are very sweet, but seem eager to get out of the fenced in area. They both have collars on, but no tags.
