I don't know who owns the dog but I saw this dog earlier this afternoon by my house Monty Lane which is a dead end culdesac, around 2 miles away from your area. Probably from my neighborhood if I had to guess. I contacted one of my neighbors who has several huskies but he said this dog wasn't his but he tried to catch it and wasn't able to find it because he said he saw someone walking a dog that looked similar to this yesterday or so.
