Description
Black lab with white fur on the throat and chest area. Black collar but no tag. Couldn't tell male or female. Cautious but got excited when I gave them a pet. Responded to "sit" a couple of times but not always. Walking north on S 9th St in Alhambra. Couldn't take them with me as I have a 2 mile run before I get and no leash with me, and they got anxious when I tried to grab the collar.
