Donna Werner I have already contacted them and I scanned the dog for a chip. It does not have one nor did it have any tags but ACO told me that this dog was loose on Kensington Street a couple weeks ago and the owner saw them picking the dog up and took it back. So I’m trying to find that owner again.

Contact Hartford Animal Shelter Partnered with Hartford Police Dept . And or take the dog to be scanned for a microchip hopefully the dog is registered. I think the organization will do that.
