This is not my cat but I know the owners, they don’t care about him and he was always around the neighborhood, I believe another neighbor trapped him and dump him somewhere else because he sprays a lot.. he is not fixed, he’s very skinny and he’s very friendly, I need to find this cat, he must be so scared.

Get some large flyers with this photo up in the neighborhood stating that he is missing and also check the ring camera app to see if anyone’s camera has picked him up or picked up a photo of the person that you believe trapped him. Also post on the local neighbors app and check that app as well
