Poor poor baby prayers pull some ads up around the area rewards always helps go out walking the neighborhood, knocking on doors ask your local neighbors to check their garages sheds under decks under vehicles behind bushes and Barnes go out walking the neighborhood several times during the day and several times late at night. they are more active when it’s quiet outside. Take a flashlight and a tree bag. Go out walking in the neighborhood shaking a treat bag calling for your cat. They are usually fine within 5 to 10 houses from home. They usually come home between the hours of 12 AM and 7 AM when it’s very quiet outside keep your eyes and ears open prayers keep a window open or a garage door open sometimes I come back home and try to get back into the house. Prayers check with local veterinarians check with local animal shelter and Humane Society. You must let them know you lost your car just in case somebody finds it prayers pull some ads on local Lost and Found pet sites. You can Google these in your area such as neighbors next door and for the love of. For the Love of Louie *Michigan Lost Pet Lookers* and paws Boost and so on you, can Google one or two more in your area possibly prayers you can also try putting your cats bed, blanket toys, and some of your dirty clothing from inside the house. Do not wash these items such as T-shirt, sweaters, blankets sheets put these items out on your porch. Keep your eyes open animals have a great sense of smell change outside items every couple of days this works great for cats and dogs. This work for me and my cat several times over the years prayers

Sharing💕 Please set up a live trap (nearest where your cat escaped the home) baited with Sardines in water...very smelly so scent will carry far and hopefully your cat will follow it back home and into the trap. Make sure trap is monitored by someone! Also go out with a flash light when the sun sets...look under cars, decks, porches, bushes, in sheds/garages, beneath hanging branches and up trees (in case cat was chased). Post on Next Door App, and other Facebook community pages…the more eye keeping a look out the better! Give flyers to local businesses, groomers, pet stores, vet clinics, and mail carriers since they are in the area daily and may see your cat. Displaced indoor cats tend to hunker down nearby where they exited the home. They only move farther away to search for food or get spooked. Hand out flyers to at least 7 houses in each direction, including houses the next streets over (backyard neighbors). Find out who feeds the community cats in your neighborhood/community because if your cat found that person’s feeding area he will be less likely to keep wandering because it is a known food source. At night, when it’s quiet, sit outside close to where the cat escaped and read a book/magazine out loud, your cat may hear your familiar voice and follow it back home. Don’t get discouraged, keep looking!!!! Hope your cat is found safe and sound soon💕 Also like to share this information regarding litter boxes: https://www.missinganimalresponse.com/lost-pet-behaviors/kitty-litter-myth/
