DESCRIPTION

He has very dark coloring on his shell and his skin is fairly dark as well. He is 5 inches in diameter and a sweet boy, he will let you pick him up without biting.

Shyanne Pacheco they aren’t actually slow, that’s a common misconception. Both my turtle and my tortoise can run across our house in a minute if they are determined enough. They are excellent escape artists and are great at camouflaging themselves in their surroundings. They climb as well, and this species can dig up to 2 feet into the ground which is why all outdoor enclosures for them need to have at least 2 feet of concrete buried at the edges of their enclosures.

Kelsey Broxton That tortoise wasn’t Edison, the finder and I worked together to get her home to her family. She went home yesterday. Edison is still missing in the same area.
